He functions as an international buyer at Acclaim Electronics LLC, a Las Vegas, Nevada, company that supplies products and parts to prominent corporations in the high-tech sector. He also holds the position of office assistant at CC Properties LLC, another venture owned by his family.
His business acumen was nurtured by observing his father manage Acclaim Electronics and their family rental property enterprise, which encouraged him to study business at university and subsequently join both family operations.
He has been instrumental at Acclaim Electronics LLC, where, for three years, he has managed international purchases. His role is crucial in ensuring the inventory is adequately maintained for just-in-time deliveries. His tasks include global inventory procurement, order management, warehouse preparations for shipping, oversight of packing slips, and coordination of package deliveries to local businesses, always ensuring meticulous documentation for the Accounting Department.

At CC Properties, he contributes to improving downtown Las Vegas. With seven years under his belt, he handles property inspections, maintenance coordination, supply purchasing for renovations, rent collections, and basic bookkeeping. His team collaborates with local artists to create murals, enhancing the community's aesthetic and spearheading extensive remodeling efforts that have catalyzed improvements throughout the older neighborhoods of Las Vegas and Henderson.
He works directly with local law enforcement and government officials to foster safer, cleaner neighborhoods, significantly impacting the community's quality of life. Recently, he coordinated a gesture of appreciation for the local police by delivering gourmet pizzas and salads for their diligent work in revitalizing downtown areas.
Born in Escondido, Southern California, in 1999, he relocated with his family to Las Vegas at three years old, where he was raised with a strong work ethic instilled by his parents. His father is of mixed heritage, and his mother hails from Thailand. They spent most of their years in Southern California before moving to Las Vegas, where most of Wyatt's extended family still resides.
From a young age, soccer was a significant part of his life, and his love for the sport continues. He is also passionate about snowboarding, and he often visits Heavenly Valley near Lake Tahoe and Southern Utah for adventurous runs down the mountains. Besides sports, he enjoys swimming, hiking, working out, watching classic films, and learning history.
Living in Las Vegas has cultivated his love for diverse cuisines, prompting him to explore the expanding local food scene and take up cooking as a hobby. He appreciates a variety of international foods and frequents new dining establishments across the city.
A UNLV alum with a degree in Business Management, Wyatt Cowan cherishes his community. He aims to invest further in Las Vegas by purchasing a home, starting a family, and supporting local arts, reflecting his commitment to the city he calls home.
